UX Research
& Web-application
Worked on innovating various modules of SaaS applications and in the last years I have mainly worked on improving CRM systems for clients and customer-service stakeholders. For this reason different UX methods needed to be implemented. The projects dealt with huge amounts of data and features.
As a side-project, I created the whole workflow of two web applications. Those are a risk management and insurance product advice software.
For them I established intense iteration and testing schedules in order to improve the user experience. In order to analyze and gather data I learned MySQL and Java. That was useful to create business analysis documents.
Business Strategy & Integrating UX
Actualizing a UX vision for a consistent reviewing of features and testing of implementations.
Worked as a product owner for one of the products and collaborated with marketing and technical specialists for integrating UX-conscious methods.
Arranged onboarding and implementation of products with clients’ own workflow. Namely, conducted workshops and guided interviews. Pitched UX design vision to stakeholders which included statistics reports and potential conversion rates.
Design & Analysis
Creating various visuals and assembling them into design systems and integrating them to either an existing brand or creating a new brand as a whole.
Formulating strategies where the designs would be implemented in stages without the need for a full-scale redesign.
Conducted group workshops and trainings on optimal use of products. Oversaw technical implementations and testing procedures.
